DA announces 10 charges against Richard Paul Nicoletti, officer from Twitter Incident Number 150

Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner announced charges today against the officer in "Incident 150", named as Philadelphia Police Officer Richard Paul Nicoletti. These charges are based on information referred to the DA's office by the Philly PD Internal Affairs Division.

The charges are Possession of an Insturment of Crime (M1), and three counts each of Simple Assault (M2), Recklessly Endangering Another Person (M2), and Official Oppression (M2).
