Accused Sex Abuser Judge Gets Pedophile Son Off The Hook: House Arrest instead of the 252 years he deserved

In the never-ending stream of judicial corruption coming out of Pennsylvania, we turn now to Child Predator John Paul Doerr III, the son of corrupt Butler County President Judge Thomas Doerr.

After downloading gigabytes of naked children, some as young as 1 or 2 years old, investigators tracked him to his house using his IP address. This child predator was arrested in January of 2019 on dozens of counts of possession of child pornography. He was released without bail.

A day after Butler AG Richard Goldinger announced he would recuse himself and refer the case to the State AG, two judges recused themselves, resulting in an out-of-county judge being brought in. Judge William Fullerton recused himself from the arraignment proceedings, and Judge William Shaffer recused himself from anything having to do with the case.

Doerr's father was named in a sexual harassment lawsuit that also included claims of the judge distributing pornographic material among his staff.

Nevertheless, corruption runs deep in Pennsylvania, and even after everyone apparently recused themselves, the judge's son still got 5 years of probation instead of the 252 years in prison.
